Following the grant of planning permission on the 27th September 2005, work is due to start on site Autumn 2005 with the Practical Completion of units 1-9 in Phase One Mid 2006 The scheme is already proving to be popular and a strong interest is being shown in the units within Phase One

Planning permission
has been granted on 28th October 2004 and work is underway on the Superstructure,
internal and external elements of the 11 units in phase 1. 
Building C is now
complete in shell form and work will shortly be under way on Units D and
E which comprise approximately 4,500 sq. ft.
LEA is about to commence
construction of three buildings, a veterinary surgery, daycare nursery and
building C comprising of approximately 5,000 sq.ft available for office,
play centre or other commercial uses.
